The network is mostly run by dedicated students, who have a shared interest in working for the city of Aarhus to become sustainable. The students who volunteer at SustaIN have diverse academic backgrounds and qualifications. This gives our association a dynamic and inspiring working environment. It is important to us, that everyone are able to challenge themselves professionally and learn together by using their skills in practice. SustaIN has a board of six members and a group of coordinators, who run the organisation and our activities on a daily basis. We also have five volunteer groups working mainly on organising SustaIN Festival Aarhus. SustaIN also includes a number of volunteers, who help out at the different events as well as our members – individuals, companies, institutions and other associations.
